1) What we collect

• Account & checkout data (WooCommerce): name, email, shipping/billing information, and order details; limited payment information (last four digits/expiration) from our payment processor.
• Payments (WooPayments/Stripe): processes your card; we don’t store full card numbers.
• Fulfillment (Printify): receives order and shipping details to manufacture and ship your item.
• Email marketing (BirdSend): email, IP, form metadata when you opt in/unsubscribe.
• Comments & anti-spam (Akismet/Automattic): typically IP address, user agent, referrer, site URL, and the comment data you submit—used only for spam detection. Automattic
• Analytics/ads & pixels (Google for WooCommerce/GA, Meta via Kliken, TikTok): page views, device/rough location, and events for analytics and (if enabled) ads measurement/retargeting.
• Performance & security (LiteSpeed/QUIC.cloud, Loginizer): technical and firewall data used to keep the site speedy and safe.
• Support & correspondence: anything you send us by email.

2) Why do we collect it

Provide the site, process orders, fulfill and deliver products, prevent fraud/spam, send transactional emails, provide optional marketing updates (with your consent/opt-in), analyze site performance, and comply with law.

4) Sharing your information

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the site, including WooCommerce, WooPayments/Stripe, Printify, BirdSend, Automattic/Akismet, analytics/ads vendors (Google, Meta, TikTok), hosting/CDN providers, and security providers. 5) Retention

We retain order records for tax/audit needs, marketing data until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and logs for a reasonable period for security/spam-prevention.

6) Your choices

• Email marketing: every email includes an Unsubscribe link.
• Cookies: use our banner/preferences to accept/reject non-essential cookies or adjust your browser settings.
• Do Not Track / GPC: where supported by our consent tool, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal for opt-out preferences.

7) Your rights

• California/CPRA: request to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (footer) or email us.
• Canada (PIPEDA): request access/correction to personal information and withdraw consent where applicable.

8) Children

The site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

9) International transfers

Your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries by our providers.

10) Changes

We’ll update this policy as needed and revise the Effective Date above.
